I couldn't believe it, one minute I'm sat in traffic in Richmond and the next the engine cut out and the car filled with smoke. Didn't take long to get a hold before the whole thing went up, I've never seen so much smoke! The fireman said I was lucky as the fuel tank was full but strangely I don't feel particularly lucky.

I've never had an insurance claim in my life until I got this car and then two in a year... They'll be starting to ask questions at this rate!!!
