Just been looking at the numbers on How Many Left:

So with that in mind there are a lot of people who have dropped off the site over the past year or so, so how about a quick roll call of who's got what and in what state it's in?

So starting off, 1 GTA (owned for ooooh 15 years) all running and MOT'd. Currently on SORN for the next week as I couldn't see the point of losing 1mnths worth of road tax just to get 1 week of July. I'll be off to the Post Office tomorrow I guess for a 1st Aug start date.



Good chance also to hear from the likes of Tony (project DD, TT, R8), Roops (Le Mans a like), El Pres, Faulks (F50) everyone else. AlpineRob for example? Where are they now?

JIL 4672 on sorn and stands .It will get done

Test mule E49 ELY .Think on SORN ,soon to be back on the road ...honest .

25 A610....there must be lots on Sorn and in barns if we got 19 at one event in 2011.....
That means about 50 gone in 5 years for all these cars except lemans 'cos there have only been 5 for ages.....
These is something smelly about these numbers.

Yeah I think there is an issue with GTA / A610 in that I think some will have been assigned to different names, Alpine, Renault Alpine, Alpine Renault etc plus then there's the non-SORNED 'lost' cars. There's a fair few of these I reckon hiding in garages under wraps, but then how many will live again.

I have an A610 and a GTA Turbo, both on the Road and working GTA was restored earlier this year, and re sprayed etc etc, but A610 even tho working will be going for restoration work when Mr Clee has a space, but not in a rush!!! Still having some fun in it

It doesn't help numbers when you get these sorts of t%ssers cutting them up!

Don't read too much into them though as there are a lot of GTA's tucked away that have been off the road before SORN was even made live.

I do know from Mr Phildini's efforts that there are only 4 confirmed 610 write offs, probably about 6 have been exported which leaves around 50 ish left in the country somewhere. HML has it on 43 inc on the road and sorn so I guess that's almost there...

Oh and for the record A610 NYD (Now B16 MVS) now back on the road (well almost) after being off the road for 6 years.

Mines back from the dead after a full engine and gearbox rebuild......added a few replacement parts such as powder coated sub frame on the way.....still needs some bits to make it good but currently on the road and running like a dream........probably cost as much as one off ebay to fix but hey I'm glad to be back

Hopefully my gta will be on the road shortly.
Taxed mot'd. Currently on an extended vacation in the city.. Haha

GTA Turbo for me. On the road, used regularly.

My GTA Turbo is currently SORN, it has been off the road for almost a year now for engine rebuild, work in progress (slowly but surely )

Ah yes, mine is also SORN'd at present and almost roadworthy - hopefully by the end of August with Croix beckoning!

GTA Turbo on the road and used regularly

Mine is temporary off the road - actuator issues, as in I need a new one.

25 v6 turbo, was off the road for a long time, recently got it back on the road and discovered a whole littany of faults which i'm adressing. Kind of sucks as its eating into my funds for prettying it up!
