Not sure how far Quicksilver got with the manifold, try giving them a ring, they may not yet have produced, waiting for intrested customers.

Just as a refrence though my engine was built to a 210/240 spec with all the right parts at GBS (France) in the mid 90's. the bill came to about 15K (pounds) !!!! And the parts used runs to 4 pages of the invoice!!
You can do it cheaper now though, there is a guy in Germany (ex Issels I believe) that promises 310bhp (fly)for about 20K euro.
