Facts:
Generally the most valuable and collectable Alpines.
All left hand drive only and becoming increasingly valuable due to the rising market in France. Many cars are being repatriated as a result.
French built cars are more valuable than Spanish cars. (Some other non French market cars may have rarity value eg Mexican, Bulgarian)
Larger engined cars (especially 1600) are generally more valuable but watch out for fakes (especially 1600S) as many cars have had engine 'upgrades'
Expert inspection advised as values can vary greatly due to specification, condition and provenance.
Figures:
Up to £10000 A project car for complete restoration. Probably incomplete.
£10000 - £15000 Fair Condition. Often with no MOT.
£15000 - £20000 Average condition cars with some MOT, useable but possibly requiring some mechanical attention or paintwork. Often Spanish built.
£20000 - £25000 Good useable cars with recent MOT, requiring little or no immediate maintenance but probably requiring some cosmetic attention.
£25000 - £30000 Very good cars with new MOT. No major mechanical or noticeable cosmetic faults.
£30000+ The very best ultra low mileage or restored examples. Concours condition cars.
£50000+ Ex works cars with history can command a huge premium.
