yes, they will be there. 1 car (36) is on the entry list while the second car (37) is 2nd reserve at the moment. Good chance they will get an entry as the 2 German Lotus cars had a shambolic debut at Silverstone while the 2 Gulf Middle east cars failed to show altogether. Not sure when the entry is finialised.
