Issue with my A310 V6 ph2: rear brake

Postby xranalli » Sat Apr 25, 2026 10:01 am

Dear sirs
I've the following issue: after some kilometers of road, especially if I brake hardly rear wheels remain blocked and the unique way to move the car is to purge the oil from one of the rear caliper, because they remain closed and the friction increase the temperature and causes the bloccage.
I replaced component in the calipers (gasket, cilinders and so on) but the issues stay there...I baught a new brake pump but the actual seems equally new, so my mechanic told me that the problem should be in the "distributor" of rear brakes (I attache the pictures, I don't know the true name of this component). So I don't know where I can buy a new one because in Germany (https://www.simon-auto-shop.de/About-us ... Simon-Auto) doesn't have it. So I'm asking you a suggestion where I can buy it or if it is possible to fix the problem or if you know different causes. Thanks in advance.

Do you have the manufacturer part number?
I had the same problem on my GTA , I found the Bosch (I think) part number and set up an ebay search for that...it eventually found one.
Alternatively you may find an adjustable part from a competition parts supplier...but whether that will pass your inspection will depend on the country.
