It's on the right hand side as you look at the engine, under the exhaust manifold.

It has an automatic choke which is part of the single choke carburetor near the rear of the engine.

You can check whether it's working correctly by removing the air filter cover and looking at the choke flap at the top of the single choke carburetor.

When the engine is cold and not running the choke flap should be closed.
When the engine is started the choke flap should immediately open a small amount.
As the engine warms up the choke flap should gradually open fully until it is in a vertical position.

For more information you could read the carburetor section in the manual I put on your other thread.

OK, thanks.
Other question: I saw that the metallic screen the car has around the exhaust is very rusty, maybe I can clean and repaint...
maybe I can dismount them and replace with stainless steel I can make (I'm able to draw and make by laser machine), do you see any problem if I do this?

Obviously only you can judge whether you can clean and paint.
The double skin one at the back of the car was very rusty on my car and the one between the silencers and engine was missing.
I made new ones using galvanised sheet steel. Stainless steel would have been better but I don't have cutting equipment for stainless.
I don't think you'll have a problem making them and you'll save a few hundred euro if you do.
