Skid pan for new A110

Postby bcr5784 » Thu Sep 20, 2018 11:37 am

I don't intend to track my A110 but I would like to find out what it does on the limit in a safe environment - preferably with the chance to try it on a wet surface. The Porsche centre at Silverstone ( near me) would be ideal - but somehow I can't see that being possible! Anyone know anywhere else somewhere near the South Midlands that does something in your own car? I know Thruxton does something but it's unclear from the site how long you get on track and what is involved. I'm not bothered about having instruction.

I think Goodwood have such a facility.
never thought I would want a list but now find myself needing one just to remind me: Clio V6 230, 5 gt turbo, 5 Gordini turbo, Megane RS 300 Trophy.

Thanks for that but it appears that you have to do it in their car - there are quite a few options like that, ones that allow to use your own car seem to be much thinner on the ground.

Ask Silverstone. This is their chance to confirm that the Porsche is better......unless they already know something?
