New Alpine A110 owners experiences and photos.

I do like my classic cars, 1 Key, works in each door and ignition......and no real fear of not getting back in with it.
I bet this key-less technology is pretty handy most of the time though?

Quick question for owners been for a good ride out in mine today and kept stopping and taking some pictures while leaving car running while doing this. so a few mins each time. noticed the front fan only ever kicks in for a few secs then cuts out. then 10sec later kick back in for about 2 secs does this constantly temp sits in middle of the gauge @ 100 ish does this constantly.
when driving seems to sit low lower at 80. just wondered what ever one else front fan does when idling for 5 mins?.

If you are looking for a waterbottle that fits in the holder between the seats you will find its smaller than normal.

I have found a Camelbak Eddy 600ml bottle that fits perfectly. Also comes in a very nice blue to match the paint.

Just a thought...why didn’t Alpine expose the engine? I can guess it would be because it’s not that pretty but it could have been prettied up. Also following the original A110 design?

I guess noise and possibly heat on the glass. However I’m pretty sure the cup cars run without covers and it certainly lets people know the cars are mid-engined.

Thanks for posting, that's the first time I have seen that view and as a modern car fan it looks pretty enough to me.

It is a bit of a faff to get to the engine- three bolts to get the glass up and then 8 i think to get that cover removed. I wonder why they did this? Surely a boot latch/multiple latches would have worked?

Collected mine from Winchester on Thursday, managed to persuade them to sell me their demo car, so I expect a few of you have already driven it....!
First impressions are very good, the driving sensation & feel are fantastic. It's a keeper........

La Rochelle and back....39mpg....round town and in Sport Mode around 34mpg. Could get more if I tried

This problem has been raised on the French FAR forum early June. It might be related to a manufacturing process issue.
A few PE have been found faulty. Go through the FAR thread (you'll have to Google translate, though).
I suppose your Alpine dealer might be aware, not sure.

Also just hit over 800 today

Around 1100 miles to date, and a few more decent runs planned over the next few weeks. Every trip is an event, just never want to stop driving it - brilliant thing. A few minor niggles but certainly nothing to detract from all of the good stuff.
