They look good but looks like the Lemans has been on the track a bit with the racing seats, do they have the original wheels with it, will be interested to see what it gets.

Le Mans includes the original wheels. It’s a nice car. Has a brake kit too iirc

These are BBS RS096/97 wheels from a GTA 15 inch.
I have a set on my Atmo..it was an option from Renault.
(so not from a LeMans)
I prefer these to the turbines..The dish works I think.
Need to get my BBS wheels refurbished.

Hi all,

Does anyone have any info on the le-mans coming up at auction next week? I’ve always wanted one ever since we had one at the main dealer I worked at back on 91. We had it for a local show then it went back to Renault before anyone could drive it! Obviously they come up rarely and this one isn’t standard just wondered if anyone know the car?

I last saw it probably 2 years ago and it looked tidy enough.

Original front seats fairly easy to source if you want to go back to standard.

Brembo brakes are an improvement.

Original wheels supplied but I do t know if they fit over the brake kit.

Don’t know how the ecu replacement was done or if it can easily be returned to standard.

It’s one of those cars where if you want one you just have to buy what’s available as they come up so rarely.

Thanks for that, all fair points. I didn’t know about the ecu swap, I suppose it has a stand alone setup so I’d need an ecu and engine loom to go back to standard. It’s hard to value when it’s not standard.

(I have a practical reason for asking as I bought a bag of bits from same vendor)
If anyone is going to pick up the wheels perhaps they could grab the bits I bought...(I'll contribute to petrol costs !)

The Le Mans went for 30k at Brooklands today..
The Turbo5 did not sell bidding went to 71k
Spider went for 21k
