RATS' GTA Turbo upgrade package

Martin Faulks and I have spent years developing this around the std Renix ECU.
We have a dozen or so cars now running this in various states of tune from fast road to full race/sprint/hillclimb and have proven results published on here over the years and most recently tested back to back at Bruntingthorpe.
We have a proven record and can now offer this as a 'bolt-on' DIY package or fitted at RATS.
You would need to pull the engine to fit the cams.


Faulks modified Renix ECU with boost cut removed,rev limiter shifted,calibrated for larger injectors with new Map sensor and boost controller.ECU has piggyback chip installed on board and comes with modified chip + std OE chip.
Higher lift reground cams
Uprated T3 60trim Turbo with MF/RATS tweaks to support up to 260bhp
Larger A610 spec injectors.

Package for DIY Fitment £3150
Fitted at RATS £3750 Incl new std Valeo GTA Turbo clutch.

This will give 20/25% increase in power and a better drive whilst keeping it feeling pretty much std and the ability to go back to std setup with no real drama.

That's a bargain.
I spent way more than that to get to 250bhp.
And plenty of days doing the work too.

I'm a lucky beneficiary of this setup - it is just what the doctor odered for a GTA Turbo ; highly recommended !

Lee did this work to my car and it recorded 263bhp on EFI's rollers, nuff said

Is this an "all in stock, sir" thing or would you need some notice to put one together ?
Coming back to Blighty in July with a car then stopping at Simon Auto on the way back for the bits for my engine rebuild, engine will be out by that time.

Might just need to juggle my finances a bit to see if I have enough readies, so be handy to know how much notice you needed....

About 6 weeks to be safe Bob.That's mainly for the cam regrind.I should have said ECU and cams service exchange.I have limited supply on those and getting rarer ..

Planning to pull my motor in spring so I can put together a list for Simon, depends what I find when I get into it how flexible my wallet is.
Will give you a pip once I know, if you had some already, I can bring the old cams & ECU with me to leave with you if it's a goer, roundabout May time if it all goes to plan....

Yes.That's doable.As long as we get the exchange items at some point.
