Timing gear

Which bits of the timing gear are worth replacing on a 140k engine? i.e Do I just do the chains and tensioners or include the sprockets as well?

I would have a good look at anything that you will never see again once its all back together ..............Sods law and all that :evil: .Had my tensioner/guides done when head gasket went as they looked a bit old.
