Alas, only for even fire (or 'normal') setups. There are only a few ECUs on the market that have oddfire capability, mainly because only a couple of cars have that 'problem'. :?

Oddfire engine

Your running an Autronic system which does odd fire if I remember. Power could be gained from the equal cam timing across the banks on the even fire engine versus the odd fire, so every induction stroke is identical. Marginal gains, but would be smoother though..
