Postby phildini » Mon May 23, 2005 7:24 am

Has anyone attempted to adjust their own valve clearance? I am planning to do mine but would like some advice so I dont end up struggling, maybe some tips??? Easy job? not easy job?

I did the red A310s a couple of months ago (with my uncle -the mechanic).
No problems at all.

I now sit back and await everyone telling me I'm a lucky B4strd and it's always a nightmare job.....

GTA turbo fairly easy on the LH bank. Slightly more difficult on the RH bank but only because of the junk you have to remove first to get the rocker cover off!
